So, green light to colour and unconventionality thanks to the use of coloured lights, gaudy flowers and a buffet menu ranging from hors d’oeuvre to dessert. All this is for an alternative version of the seated service, with delightful food to comfortably savour between a dance and some friendly conversation.
The open kitchens, where fried food, first courses or express grilled meats can be enjoyed, are an essential part of the extraordinary food experience conceived for the event. Just like the self-service islands which put on scenic designs dedicated to the food served for a spectacular tasting and aesthetic show that pleases not only the palate but also the eyes, thanks to beautiful and enchanting arrangements, a gastronomic offer follows the seasonality of produce while mixing tradition and innovation.
All guests can enjoy the dedicated zones for the consumption of food and relax in areas furnished with chairs, tables or long lounge chairs and poufs. In the case of elderly guests, identified as VIPs, part of the service staff is at their complete disposal to support and help them during the event, to make their experience the most comfortable possible.
This concept, conceived for company-owned or family villas where it is difficult to create an itinerary in stages, the zones are distinctively divided to allow the entire party to be hosted in an only area, recreating in this way the structures for the service directly on site, as for example, the kitchens.
