Under the guidance of Marta Pulini, Bibendum’s Executive Chef, our chefs offer culinary delights from around the world in their more traditional recipes or in a crossover with the Italian cuisine, for a really surprising result. An example? A buffet entirely dedicated to the Spanish cuisine with hand-cut Jamon Iberico, bite-size pieces of Azul de Cueva cheese and mature DOP Manchego cheese, or cinnamon and bay-leaf scented rice pilaf to pair with boneless chicken thigh tagine with dates and oranges.
These are dishes with the most incredible aromas able to conquer the taste buds and hearts of a public used to home cooking as well as a more international one.
