Being conscious of this potential, we decided to elevate the level of cooking school, proposing a team building method based on the "learning by doing" approach. Not only cooking training, where participants learn how to cook, but also Iron Chef, team challenges.
What is the best way to strengthen a friendship or the dynamics among colleagues? Being at the same table side, working on the same dough and finally share the same food. Our pedagogical approach is functional to strengthen the spirit of collaboration among colleagues and it gives possibility to the managers to observe the dynamics that originate from it and eventually evaluate the employees using different criteria, such as time management, leadership skills, and work under pressure.
